Summarize how Duo secures access to applications
Explain the difference between primary and secondary authentication
Compare differences between your administrator and end-user accounts
Describe the end-user experience of the Duo Prompt during authentication to web-based applications
Identify user experience changes when authenticating to a non-web based application (e.g. thick clients)
Explain the end-user experience for supported authentication devices
Locate key authentication management features in the Admin Panel
Locate end-user and troubleshooting documentation to provide valuable support to end-users
